Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, because honey is a food item, we are unable to accept returns on honey products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Policy
We strive to ship within 48 business hours of receiving your order. However, at times this may delayed for circumstances beyond our control. If we anticipate a longer than expected wait until your items ship, we will attempt to communicate this delay to you.
